# Release notes

Customer-facing changes to Zero Cool and its CLI.

## Coming from Nexus?

Re-register at https://app.zerocool.ai with the same email to keep your workspaces.
The old api.zerocool.ai service is retired, and old API keys no longer work.
Install the new CLI, then run `zerocool auth login` to create and save a new key through browser approval.

See [Get started](/docs/get-started) for installation and sign-in.

## 2026-10-29 — CLI 1.8.1

- The guides moved to https://zerocool.ai/docs. Old links redirect.
  Run `zerocool update` so `zerocool docs` reads them.

## 2026-10-29

- Zero Cool runs at `https://app.zerocool.ai`. Links to the earlier app address open the same page there.
- The [CLI](/docs/reference/cli) 1.8.0 connects to the current app. `zerocool update` installs it.

## 2026-10-28

- `zerocool findings list` in the [CLI](/docs/reference/cli) no longer calls the earlier audit's findings non-reportable while a fix review is queued or running.
It says the review re-checks them when it completes, and that `--all` lists them now.
- `zerocool whats-new` gives you the public [release notes](/docs/changelog) URL without an API key.
Ask your AI agent to read the notes and explain the changes that matter to you.
`--json` returns the URL for tools and agents.

- `zerocool config list` in the [CLI](/docs/reference/cli) lists readable setups and warns about unreadable files.
`zerocool config delete` can remove a damaged setup.
- Fix reviews of a previous audit check your new commits, so you can verify your fixes.
- `zerocool report` in the [CLI](/docs/reference/cli) omits the separate Fix review line. Each finding keeps its severity and status.
- Comment on the documents of an audit, such as the threat model, in **Artifacts**.
A fork of the audit, such as a fix review, reads these comments.
- Added `zerocool artifacts` to the [CLI](/docs/reference/cli). It lists and shows the documents of an audit.
`zerocool comments add` and `comments list` also take a document, by ID or path.
  See [Comment, share and export](/docs/flows/comment-share).
- `zerocool report` in the [CLI](/docs/reference/cli) shows each finding's status and discussion, as the web report download does.
- The CLI installer adds `~/.local/bin` to `PATH` in your shell's startup files.
- `zerocool quote` explains why a balance is hidden, and `zerocool jobs list` shows the fork parent of each Job.

## 2026-10-27

- Added `zerocool findings set-status` to the [CLI](/docs/reference/cli).
It sets your team's status of a finding, such as for [known issues](/docs/flows/known-issues).

## 2026-10-26

- Added `zerocool funding`, `zerocool invitations` and `zerocool members` to the [CLI](/docs/reference/cli).
They manage [funded workspaces](/docs/flows/funded-workspaces), invitations and [members](/docs/flows/members).

## 2026-10-25

- Added [Features](/docs/features), a description of each feature.
- Added [Common flows](/docs/flows): cheat sheets with an agent prompt, portal steps and CLI commands.
- Replaced the guides with the features and flows.
- Added `zerocool docs` to the [CLI reference](/docs/reference/cli). It reads and searches these docs.

## 2026-10-24

- Unified web, CLI and agent documentation under `/docs`.
- Published documentation and Markdown pages.
- Added page copying and documentation search.
