# Add credits

Get more credits for your workspace. Members and Admins can read the balance. The **Credits** page requires Admin access.

## Ask your agent

> How many Zero Cool credits does my workspace have?

The agent reads the balance with `zerocool workspaces`. It cannot buy credits.

## In the portal

There is no self-service purchase. Zero Cool adds credits under an order or invoice.

1. Open the account menu and select **Help and feedback**.
2. Choose **Feedback** and ask for credits. Name the workspace and the amount.
3. Select **Send feedback**. Zero Cool contacts you.

To see your balance, open **Credits** in the workspace. It shows **Balance** and **Credit history**.

**In a funded workspace**

The Credits page shows **Available shared credits**, **Total credits authorized:** and **Total credits used:**.
Ask an Admin of the funding workspace to authorize more credits or to add credits to the funding workspace.
